Before hosting a PTA event at your school, you MUST complete a community use form. For more information, see Community Use FAQ
Whenever you have a PTA-sponsored event, you must complete a Community Use Form. For more information, see WCPSS FAQ for Community Use Forms.
To submit a community use request:
Open the Community Use application.
Log in to your account. If you do not know your CSUID, contact a member of the Community Use Staff.
Click Reservation Requests. You will see all previous community use requests and their status. A status of CUEDIT means that the request is under review.
Click Add New Reservation Resource.
Provide the general information for the event:

Click save & continue.
6. To select the location in the school, click Add New Space. Select the date, time, and location that you need. Then click Save.

In this example, the request is for access to the LCD projector.
8. Add any in-kind requests. (As a PTA, I’ve never had one of these.) Click next.
9. Accept the terms and conditions for this request and then click Submit This Request.
After you submit your request, it should appear in the table of your reservation requests. Community Use will let you know when the request has been accepted and send you the paperwork to sign and return.
TIP: To approve a request, the Community Use department MUST have a recent copy of your PTA Insurance, where WCPSS is listed as a Certificate Holder. If you don’t have this uploaded, community use will email you for this information.
