IMPORTANT!!  CHANGES COMING TO NCPTA ACCESS...

3/14/2017

Dear NCPTA Officers,

We are excited as we get closer to launching our partnership with MemberHub, a Raleigh, NC software company. This MemberHub software is free for NCPTA school units and we ask that you attend the upcoming webinar to ensure that you understand all the amazing tools it provides and how it will change your unit administration.

The mandatory webinar that will prepare you to setup and use the new tool is scheduled for Friday, March 17th at 10:00 a.m. -- Click Here to register.  We realize many of you may not be available during this time; the webinar will be recorded and available for viewing at your convenience at Youtube.com/memberhub.

Effective March 21, 2017 your access to the NCPTA database that you are currently using will end. This means that the tasks you are now doing in the NCPTA database can only be done using the MemberHub portal. This includes:
  • Sending emails to members
  • Entering new members
  • Updating officers
  • Confirming the Financial Review
  • Confirming the IRS 990 filing
  • Taking online membership payments
Moving forward, MemberHub will be your admin tool to conduct these tasks.

You will also be able to use MemberHub to take payments online, send newsletters, text messages, on-line directories, sign-ups, shared calendars and much more!  Here is a link to an FAQ about this partnership and what it will mean to you as a NCPTA leader.

Your school principal will be notified soon about this opportunity and we encourage you to meet, go over the Principal’s FAQ and develop a plan to get more families involved in your school. Our hope is that this will build the school community, increase family engagement and simplify your life in running a PTA.

We are excited to support your school in this way and bring this incredible tool to you and your teachers at no charge. Thank you for all you are doing and please register for the mandatory webinar on March 17th at 10:00 a.m. to learn more.
